Thomas Candlin III was honored May 15 at the 6th Annual EMS Gala with the C.J. Shanaberger Lifetime Achievement Award. This award is presented by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Emergency Medical Association of Colorado to recognize individuals who have dedicated a lifetime providing outstanding service.

Leaders in EMS Education

Two ambulances, donated by Weld County Paramedic Services will be used for paramedic education & community outreach. Wrapping of the vehicles provided through a grant from the St. Anthony Health Foundation.

FFL Back-up Helicopter

FFL recently completed refurbishing most helicopters. There is still a backup helicopter, with the same capabilities, in use at the St. Anthony Central Hospital base until fall of 2010.
